Abortion providers require an ultrasound to be done prior to your procedure to be sure of how far along you are into your pregnancy.  This ultrasound can cost between $50 and $150 dollars depending on the location and the situation.  Emergency Pregnancy Services can provide this ultrasound to you at no cost.  This information will be important for you to have before making your final decision.

Pressures:
The choice is up to you! While your boyfriend, girlfriend, or parent may be pushing you to have an abortion.  NO one can make you do anything. If you are feeling a lot of pressure from someone in your life – consider sitting down with someone who is impartial, doesn’t know you or the father of your baby to sort your feelings out. Our counselors are here for you to “talk out” your decision with – you don’t have to worry about hurting anyone’s feelings or losing a relationship that is important to you.

It is important to remember that no person will be required to live with the consequence of this decision as much as you will.  If someone is pressuring you to make a quick decision, explain your needs of getting all the facts first and try to get them involved in your search.
